You can go to a nail salon, or do it at home. Soak your feet. Rub a nice moisturizer into your feet, toes, and heels. Cut and buff your nails. Add polish if you want a pop of color.

#36 – drink beer with friends
Visit a local brewery with friends. Pick a variety you normally wouldn’t drink. Ales, IPAs, stouts, reds, hefeweizens, porters. There are endless styles of beer to try. Share inside jokes. Enjoy each other’s company. Cheers with friends.
#35 – do a crossword
Crosswords are not easy. Do one every day and over time you will get better and better. Soon you will be able to complete the whole thing. Over time doing crosswords helps keep your mind active.
#34 – wear a wristwatch
Even though most people in Western countries these days claim they don’t need to wear a watch because they use their cell phone to tell them the time, there is still something classic and sophisticated about wearing a wristwatch. Get something you think is classy, pretty, fun, or cool. Rock that watch.
#33 – do all the laundry at once
Since laundry is literally created on a daily basis, it is easy to fall into the trap of doing a little laundry every day or couple of days. Sometimes though it is more efficient to load up a ton of laundry and head to the laundromat to wash everything at once. You can run 6-8 loads and within 3 hrs have everything washed, dried, and folded. Good workout for your arms, and just think of all of the time you saved throughout the week!
#32 – hike
Hiking is not only great physical activity, it is great mental activity. Whether you go alone, with a friend, or with your dog, use the time to enjoy the scenery. Mountains, fields, forests, or beaches, there are a lot of diverse environments that can make for nice hikes. Always hike safely, and leave no trace.
#31 – eat frozen veggies
The beauty of frozen veggies is they are very nutritious, but you don’t have to worry about them going bad before you can cook them. Corn, peas, green beans, peppers, onions, sugar snap peas, carrots, squash, edamame, spinach, there are endless options available for consumption. Eat up!
#30 – sing
Sing in the shower. Sing in the car. Sing with friends. Even if you are out-of-tune, or don’t know all of the lyrics, don’t be afraid to sing.
#29 – soak up the sun
Sunlight helps ward off depression. Sunlight helps our body produce vitamin D. Sunlight warms us up. Sunlight provides us with energy. Try to spend at least a few minutes in the sun everyday you can. It will make you a happier, and healthier, person.
#28 – sell your stuff
Sell your extra, unused, (but in decent condition) stuff on Ebay, Amazon, Craiglist, or wherever else you can. Put a time limit on the sale. If it doesn’t sell within a certain amount of time, donate it to charity or post it on freecycle.org. You can make a little extra money, clear out your space, and give someone else a good deal. Win-win-win!
