Ghosting is when someone suddenly cuts off all contact with you…forever. It’s just not nice. Unless you are in need of witness protection, have some balls and let the person know the relationship is not going to work. This is true for friendships, romantic relationships, family, work relationships, etc. Just don’t ghost.

Experience stand up paddle boarding. There are places you can rent them, or take a class, without having to make a big investment. It will challenge your balance!

Spend time around people who inspire you. Older people who can inspire you to live your best life. People who have achieved similar goals to yours. Friends who are always there for you. Be inspired by others.
#73 – go to an arcade
Relive your childhood playing games at an arcade. Ms. Pacman. Skee-ball. Donkey Kong. Bonus if you can collect tickets and trade them in for bubble gum, a parachute man, and a spider ring at the end of the night!
#72 – track your expenses
Keep track of every penny in & out of your life for some period of time. (Even the change you find on the street). That log will be very revealing about how you spend or unconciously prioritize spending in your life.
#71 – eat with your hands (indian style)
In India, people traditionally eat with their right hand, instead of using a fork. Channel your inner toddler and try it. Try eating curry and rice with your hands. It is messy and liberating and fun!
#70 – go on a factory tour
It’s fun and educational to see how things are made. Ever marvel at the “Sesame Street” video of a crayon factory? Lots of factories offer tours to the public.
#69 – listen to podcasts
Seek out podcasts to entertain or educate. Listen during your commute. Listen at the beach. Listen on a plane. Listen in your hammock.
#68 – go sailing
If you get the opportunity to go sailing, do it! If you can get a chance to volunteer and be part of a crew for a sailboat race, you can learn a lot about sailing in a short amount of time.
