Seems simple enough. Starting with a good corkscrew will prevent any frustration opening up the wine. Who wouldn’t want that?

#71 – eat with your hands (indian style)
In India, people traditionally eat with their right hand, instead of using a fork. Channel your inner toddler and try it. Try eating curry and rice with your hands. It is messy and liberating and fun!
#60 – compost
Look for ways that you can compost! Easier if you have a yard, but even in the city, there are community compost collection bins for public use. If you can’t toss it daily, keep a compost bag in your freezer (to reduce smells), and dispose of the waste when it fills up.
#56 – drink Thai iced coffee
Start with a shot of espresso. Mix with a spoonful of sweetened condensed milk until it is smooth. Pour over ice. For fun, drink with a straw. Mmmm…
#48 – use a crockpot
Crockpots can be used to make anything from stew to curry, pulled pork to apple crisp. Everyone should have a crockpot in their kitchen.
#43 – learn to use chopsticks
Although it takes practice, everyone should learn to use chopsticks. Practice picking up Cheerios, raisins, chocolate chips, or other small foods if you are a newbie. Once you learn you will see it is fun (and helps slow down your eating!).
#38 – eat a baked potato
When it is cold, damp, or otherwise unwelcoming outside, make yourself a baked potato. Eating it will fill you up and warm your belly from the inside. There are endless toppings you can add on top: sour cream, butter, bacon, peas, cheese, tomatoes, black pepper, salsa, et cetera. They are especially good for breakfast with a fried egg on top.
#36 – drink beer with friends
Visit a local brewery with friends. Pick a variety you normally wouldn’t drink. Ales, IPAs, stouts, reds, hefeweizens, porters. There are endless styles of beer to try. Share inside jokes. Enjoy each other’s company. Cheers with friends.
#31 – eat frozen veggies
The beauty of frozen veggies is they are very nutritious, but you don’t have to worry about them going bad before you can cook them. Corn, peas, green beans, peppers, onions, sugar snap peas, carrots, squash, edamame, spinach, there are endless options available for consumption. Eat up!
#25 – hydrate
Get a cup. Add water. Drink it. Repeat. Make your body happy. Add ice or fresh fruit if you need something to make it more appetizing.
