Sunlight helps ward off depression. Sunlight helps our body produce vitamin D. Sunlight warms us up. Sunlight provides us with energy. Try to spend at least a few minutes in the sun everyday you can. It will make you a happier, and healthier, person.

#28 – sell your stuff
Sell your extra, unused, (but in decent condition) stuff on Ebay, Amazon, Craiglist, or wherever else you can. Put a time limit on the sale. If it doesn’t sell within a certain amount of time, donate it to charity or post it on freecycle.org. You can make a little extra money, clear out your space, and give someone else a good deal. Win-win-win!
#26 – clean your car
Run that baby through the car wash, or drag out the hose and sponge. Vacuum out the sesame seeds and recycle the empty water bottles.
Removal of bird poop, road salt, mud, and other dirt will help protect your paint, and give you a little pride in your vehicle. And you won’t be too embarrassed to give a friend a ride anymore.
#24 – donate your stuff
Have two of something? Haven’t used something in a while? NEVER have used something? Didn’t even know you owned something?? Time to donate something. Fill a box or two and lug it to a local donation center.
#14 – walk outside
Every single day make it a point to walk outside. It can be ten feet, ten blocks, or ten miles.
#11 – don’t smoke
Don’t smoke cigarettes. Don’t smoke cigars. Don’t smoke pot. Don’t smoke hookah. Just don’t smoke. (Smoke salmon or ham or other meats if you get the urge to smoke something.)
#5 – shovel snow
It doesn’t matter if it’s not your sidewalk, not your car to dig out, or not your driveway. Be a good neighbor & help everyone in your area by shoveling some snow. It is very good exercise and satisfying work; you will feel so proud when you see the sidewalk you cleared.
#1 – don’t litter
Don’t litter. It looks gross and pollutes the environment.
