Make eye contact when you walk down the street. Make eye contact with people when you talk to them. Smile. Be humane.

Eat bacon. Eat hamburger. Eat salami. Eat like our ancestors. Small amounts of fatty meats are more satisfying than eating a lot of lean meats.
