Keep a pair of jeans around that are just a wee bit smaller than your normal size. On those rare occasions when they fit you like a glove, your heart will sing with joy. They will make you feel happy, sexy, and lean.
relationships
#79 – read classic books
Books become classics for a reason. Leaders and innovators from the past read and learned from these same books. Even though times have changed, there is always something to relate to and remember our similarities as people. Read classic books!
#77 – don’t ghost
Ghosting is when someone suddenly cuts off all contact with you…forever. It’s just not nice. Unless you are in need of witness protection, have some balls and let the person know the relationship is not going to work. This is true for friendships, romantic relationships, family, work relationships, etc. Just don’t ghost.
#76 – tip less
You don’t have to tip everyone so much. Those tip jars have gotten a bit out of control.
#75 – stand up paddle board
Experience stand up paddle boarding. There are places you can rent them, or take a class, without having to make a big investment. It will challenge your balance!
#74 – be inspired
Spend time around people who inspire you. Older people who can inspire you to live your best life. People who have achieved similar goals to yours. Friends who are always there for you. Be inspired by others.
#73 – go to an arcade
Relive your childhood playing games at an arcade. Ms. Pacman. Skee-ball. Donkey Kong. Bonus if you can collect tickets and trade them in for bubble gum, a parachute man, and a spider ring at the end of the night!
#68 – go sailing
If you get the opportunity to go sailing, do it! If you can get a chance to volunteer and be part of a crew for a sailboat race, you can learn a lot about sailing in a short amount of time.
#67 – go to the theatre
Get tickets to see a play or musical. Take in the atmosphere. Study the set and costumes. Enjoy the music and story. Stretch your legs during intermission. Enjoy the show!
#62 – be nice to your driver
Whether you are taking a bus, taxi, Uber, Lyft, or other mode of wheels–be nice to your driver. They may not be having a great day, and could use a little kindness from a stranger. Be sure to tell them to have a nice day, and drive safely!
