Chill. Not every aggrevation warrants bringing drama into your life. If you are going to challenge someone or something, pick your battles carefully.

#58 – don’t yell at the tow lot guy
When you get towed, don’t take it out on the tow lot guy. He wasn’t the person who made the decision to tow you. He was called or directed to tow you by someone else. Don’t take out your frustration or anger on the tow lot guy. It’s not his fault you got towed.
#57 – bring a hostess gift
Bring a bottle of wine. A six pack of beer. A fun coffee table book. A dessert or appetizer. A classy serving dish. A quality deck of cards. A classic board game. Your hosts are nice enough to have you in their home. Be gracious.
#55 – go to the circus
Whether it’s a fancy French circus, or small traveling side show, it is so much fun to relive your childhood and marvel at the colorful costumes and amazing feats!
#53 – go camping
Pack a tent, sleeping bag, and a cooler that includes marshmallows for roasting. Go for hikes during the day. Tell stories around the campfire at night. Grill steak & veggie kebabs if car camping. Bring a hammock and book if you are in the woods. Don’t forget the bug spray!
#52 – have empathy
Be empathetic and compassionate to others. Even when it is hard, it is often helpful to put yourself in someone else’s shoes to better understand where he/she is coming from. Everyone’s path through life is unique.
#50 – be spontaneous
Even if it’s a weeknight and you are tired. Or it’s the weekend and you are tired. Tired is not an excuse not to go out. Work the next day is not an excuse not to go out. If your friend invites you out, or if your significant other proposes an idea for fun, say yes. Be spontaneous, and in retrospect you will be so happy you did.
#45 – be sexy
Own something you can wear that will make you feel sexy. It could be a nice suit, dress, underwear, shoes–anything! Everyone needs to have something they can dress up in (if only every once in a while!) and feel especially attractive.
#44 – try improv
Take a formal class, join a troupe, or try it with friends or family. It is difficult at first, but with practice you will find it gets your creative juices flowing, and helps increase your confidence.
#42 – spend time alone
Everyone needs a little alone time. Whether you just steal a few minutes alone after a shower, or you have the luxury to take a solo vacation, cherish your time to be with yourself.
